Venkat Ramaswamy is one of the two founders of the Experience Co-Creation Partnership. He is the Michael R. and Mary Kay Hallman Fellow of Electronic Business and Professor of Marketing at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, where he also heads the Center for Experience Co-Creation.

He is co-author (with C. K. Prahalad) of the acclaimed book The Future of Competition: Co-Creating Unique Value with Customers (Harvard Business School Press, 2004).

Venkat is a globally recognized thought leader, idea practitioner, and an eclectic scholar with wide-ranging interests in innovation, strategy, marketing, branding, IT, operations and the human side of the organization. He is a prolific author of articles and a frequent speaker at conferences around the world on topics such as innovation, customer experience and value creation, as well as industry-focused topics.
